Mission Statement

A. Objectives

1. Provide strong strategic presence in defined exclusive territories for our manufacturers.  Quickly establish tactical plan for immediate impact for our manufacturers during launches, promos and exposure momentum.

2. Create synergistic representation maximize sales and marketing efforts with both inside and outside sales support.  Help manufacturers with field level information to optimize in-house engineering and marketing efforts.

3. Incorporate superior customer service philosophy utilizing both immediate field contact with a knowledgeable understanding of product offerings and manufacturer in-house support capabilities.  Prompt return of emails and voice mails to establish customer immediacy, relevance and presence.

4. Establish best in class communication with our manufacturers with verbal, written and cyber operational communications both internal and external to maximize sales and marketing efforts.

5. Maximize relationships with architectural and engineering firms in our territory to enhance manufacturer’s relationships throughout North America and elsewhere.  Communicate with our manufacturers’ efforts with these A & E firms to allow extra-territory follow-up and closure of projects.

6. Develop an open and ethical relationship between our manufacturers and customers on the distributor, dealer and end user levels.

7. Support distribution channels with all relevant manufacturers to enhance stocking positions during everyday business and promotional periods.  Create transparent relationships with distributors to enhance common ground and clarify direct relationships so as not to disguise those relationships but to bring new and potential business to both distributors and manufacturers.

8. All in all, create an ethical and open communication between our manufacturers, distributors, dealers and end-users to fulfill all mutual goals.
